Payrun Update
Updating a payrun is a mandatory step which performs several functions:
- The payrun data is saved into history.
- Employees' group certificates are updated with the payrun figures.
- Employees' leave balances are increased/decreased as required.
To perform an update
For SQL users, once all errors have been corrected you will be taken to the Update screen. For Firebird users, once you have completed your back up you will be taken to the Update screen.
- Click Update to begin updating.
- The progress bar shows the update proceeding.
- When complete, click Next to proceed.
